How does our installation service work?
When you order a product from us, we will deliver it to you free of charge. Do you not have time or are you not yet completely clear on how to assemble the letterbox? Or do you not have the right tools at home? Then use our installation service.
What does our installation service entail?
- Delivery of the mailbox to your desired location
- Installation by our own expert mailbox technician
- Installation of the Geroba concrete base (this will be temporarily FREE included)
- Installation of the mailbox on the Geroba concrete base
- We leave everything tidy and take back the packaging material
What should I pay attention to with the placement service?
- Good accessibility of the place where the mailbox will be placed
- Existing mailbox must already have been removed
- The surface where the mailbox will be placed is unpaved (i.e. no concrete paving or stone rubble in the surface)
- The desired installation location will be communicated to our engineer
Installation service in Belgium and the Netherlands?
Our placement service is available for both Belgium and the Netherlands.
Can I also have you install a different brand of letterbox than Geroba?
No, unfortunately that is not possible at the moment. We do have an installation service from PostNL for the Logixbox parcel letterboxes within the Netherlands.
What is the cost of the installation service?
The cost of the installation itself is 285 euros, plus a surcharge of 0.52 euros per kilometer that we have to drive from our distribution center in Wommelgem. Now a FREE concrete plinth worth 99.95 euros is also included for a limited time.
