Why Doika? Large stock! At Doika we have several large distribution centers where the majority of our range is in stock. This way we can guarantee our fast delivery.
Frequently asked questions
Is my product in stock?
- We indicate on each product page whether the product is in stock. We also indicate the associated delivery time. Some products we do not have in stock, but can be sent by the supplier.
Can I reserve a product?
- Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a product if it is out of stock. In some cases you can subscribe to a notification when the product is back in stock. This is possible if there is a large blue button on the product page with the text 'keep me informed'.
Custom-made products?
- Doika can provide you with custom-made products in most cases. We can make animal enclosures, mailboxes, planters, etc. tailor-made for you. If you wish to request a custom product, you can do this by sending an email to info@doika.be or sending us via our live chat. In most cases we can send you a quote by email within 2 working days.
Can I also view or collect products in advance?
- Doika does not yet have a physical showroom. It is therefore in most cases not possible to view products or collect your order. There are exceptions, but if you have any doubts, please contact us via the live chat or send us an email to info@doika.be
